Terms of use

Minimum Order
The general minimum order quantity is 16 garments per style. Order Repeat Minimums are based on
6 garments per style.

Delivery & Production Time
After order confirmation, please allow up to 28 days for production and delivery. Production times
are approximate only. For smooth processing of your order, please contact us for confirmation of
lead‐time before order confirmation. Lead‐times may vary depending on quantity, seasons,
availability of raw material and components that are outside of our control. We will notify you in the
first instance.

Payment
Payment terms are strictly full payment on acceptance of orders. All and any banking charges are for
the responsibility of the customer.

Quality
Please contact us prior to ordering for any specific quality requirements that you may require.

Claims & Return
Sila® Apparel stands behind its products. However, as we deal with customised work, once an item is in
production, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made. We guarantee the product to meet our
written specifications. We will not accept returned merchandise unless you received the incorrect
product ordered, the product is printed incorrectly or the product is defective or damaged.
Notify Sila® Apparel within Seven (7) days of receiving any defective or damaged goods.

Ordering
Order Cancellation: Buyer shall be held responsible for any cost incurred through cancellation of any
complete or partial order. No returns will be accepted without written authorisation.

Order Modification
All changes to an order in progress will be charged a $100.00 administration fee. Changes will effect
production time, and must be requested in writing only. Changes will be applied only where possible,
and will not be applied where production has already commenced.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information collected is used solely by Sila® Apparel and will not be distributed or sold to
outside sources. We do not share personal information with any third parties. We only use this data to
fulfil our obligations to you.

Sample Policy
Ordering samples is the best way to be sure your order is exactly what you want. Sample charges will
apply. Contact your Sila® Apparel Sales Rep for more information. We have in stock a number of pre
designed samples you are free to view for quality control purposes, should you not wish to order
samples.

Trademark & Copyrights
Products and logos shown appear only to illustrate the basic products and ability to include messages
and art on them, their presence does not constitute any implied endorsement. Also, products
imprinted with particular ads, logos or trademarks are not available for sale to anyone other than
parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.

Right to use Trademarks:
Any customer of Sila® Apparel represents and warrants that he or she has the unrestricted right to use,
copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic,
artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual
property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the promotional merchandise
ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sila® Apparel
harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the
customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.


* Artwork Charges maybe applicable in some instances only, where you supply raster artwork that is
heavily detailed and/or requires extra attention by our design team.
** Where Artwork Charges are applicable, these will be billed with your final invoice at a cost of $60.00
per hour plus GST. A detailed breakdown of these charges will be provided where necessary. Minimum
charge is $60.00.
